- 45 minute health discovery with a nurse in-clinic to discuss your history, complete vital tests and take key measurements
- 45 minute GP/NP consultation and physical examination in-clinic
- 15 minute GP/NP online follow up to discuss any blood results and follow up on actions.

Go deeper with a detailed health evaluation and extra insights.
1 ½ hours in clinic followed by 2 x 15-min online consultations
Take charge of your health with deep insights. A premium health evaluation that goes beyond the basics, offering advanced testing, an in-depth physical examination, and personalised follow-up consultations. This comprehensive assessment is tailored to uncover risks, optimise your wellbeing, and empower you to manage your health with confidence.
- 60 minute health discovery with a nurse in-clinic to discuss your history, complete vital tests and take key measurements
- 45 minute GP/NP consultation, physical examination and dive into your results and concerns for a thorough discussion in-clinic.
- 15-minute chest X-ray, only conducted if clinically indicated for heart and lung health.
- 15 minute GP/NP online follow up to discuss any blood results and follow up on actions
- 15-minute online session with a clinical pharmacist to review your pharmacogenomics DNA test for personalised medication advice.

What to expect
Step 1: Initial assessment
Begin your journey with a comprehensive health discovery session at Tend Kingsland Medical Centre in central Auckland. Our skilled clinicians will build your complete health profile, combining your medical, family, and lifestyle history with precise vital measurements. Essential diagnostic samples are collected, including blood work and other age-appropriate screening tests, setting the foundation for your personalised health assessment.
Step 2: Consultation in-clinic
Meet with one of our dedicated GPs or Nurse Practitioners for an in-depth consultation tailored to your unique health narrative. This thorough session includes a complete physical examination and you may be required to have a chest x-ray, if clinically indicated. Depending on your age and stage in life, you may also be required to have some specific screening tests.
Step 3: Consultation online
Convenience meets expertise in your follow-up online consultation, where your doctor will walk you through your comprehensive test results and create your personalised health action plan. If you've opted for DNA profiling, you'll also have a dedicated session with our clinical pharmacist to understand how your genetic makeup influences your medication responses.
Step 4: Ongoing care
Access your complete health summary, including all test results and recommendations, through the Tend app and receive a full downloadable pdf report to ensure with your regular GP, ensuring continuty of care. If needed you can lean on the full range of medical services and clinicians at Tend, as well as get referrals to specialists for further follow-up.
