Josh has over 20 years’ experience leading technical teams in the building of software products, and sits at the helm of Tend’s technical execution. Passionate about building high-impact technology, Josh has significant experience leading data science, engineering and design teams to deliver innovative products and features that drive business growth and value.

Most recently, Josh led the growth of Pushpay’s product design and development, growing processing revenue 177x to USD$4.8b and operating revenue 378x to USD$110m. Josh has also led teams building product for businesses in a diverse range of sectors, including eLearning, advertising, human resources and mobile commerce.
