We understand that sometimes you will be unable to make an appointment that you have booked, but we ask that you give us 24 hours notice so we can re-utilise valuable GP time.
You may make any changes or cancel a scheduled appointment up to 24 hours prior to the appointment commencing.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment between two and 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time there may be a 50% cancellation fee applied to your account.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than two hours notice, a 100% cancellation fee may be applied.
Exceptions to these cancellation fees may be granted at the discretion of the Tend customer support team.
