How do I book a pre-departure PCR test?

Booking a Pre-Departure Test at Tend

  1. Book your in-clinic appointment via the Tend app. Please make sure that your appointment is within your airlines time requirements and that you leave enough time for it to be processed by Labtests.

  2. In your presenting complaint, please state your flight details: where you are travelling to, as well as your flight date and time.

  3. After your appointment, your PCR test will be collected by Labtests at either 12pm or 5pm that day.

  4. Labtests results are typically processed within 24 hours - however, there may be delays depending on how busy they are!

  5. Once your PCR test has been processed, one of our Nurses will send you an electronic copy of your results via the Tend app.

  6. You will need to bring this electronic copy to the airport!
