Available nationwide for casual and Auckland enrolled patients.

  1. Click 'See the next available GP’' on the homepage of the app

  2. Select the patient who needs care

  3. Describe any symptoms you may be experiencing

  4. Enter payment method  (only required for first time appointments)

  5. Review and confirm your appointment

  6. You'll be shown your estimated waiting time until the next available GP calls you

Booked online appointments

Only available for Auckland casual and enrolled patients

  1. Click 'Book appointment' on the homepage of the app

  2. Select the patient who needs care

  3. Choose online

  4. Select your preferred clinician, date and time

  5. Describe any symptoms you may be experiencing

  6. Confirm your appointment

Tips on preparing for your online appointment:

  • Find a quiet and private space for your appointment

  • Have the name of your GP and preferred pharmacy handy

  • A list of your usual medication handy or have them on hand
