How do I pay for my Tend appointment?

When you book your first appointment or enrol, you will be asked to enter card details - we accept credit and debit card. An authentication amount of $1 will then be applied to validate your card, and will be reimbursed once your card is confirmed.

The Tend app used bank-grade security and all your payment details are encrypted.

We don't charge you until after your appointments, so if you are entitled to any kind of discount (e.g. you have a Community Services Card) or fee waiver you can discuss this with your care team during your appointment. Your card will then be charged at the end of your Tend consultation.

After your appointment, we will charge your card and send you the receipt. You'll also get your appointment notes and any other documents such as prescriptions or medical certificates in your Tend app.
