Helena Simpson Caballero completed her medical and postgraduate Family and Community Medicine degrees at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain.

She is an experienced GP who has recently moved to New Zealand. She loves interacting with people of all ages, genders, and ethnicities and loves the continuity of care, that is why she chose Family Medicine. She likes preventive medicine, as she thinks it’s always best to try avoid a disease if possible and help with chronic conditions, such as diabetes and hypertension. But she loves the variety of a GP practice.

In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family, travelling, enjoying the outdoors and everything New Zealand offers.

It is a pleasure to offer people of all ages, genders & ethnicities the continuity of care that helps them achieve their best possible health outcomes.
