Dr Graham Denyer
In addition to providing patient care as one of our Tend GPs, as Head of Care Clinical Team Graham provides operational leadership to our clinical team - responsible for people, clinical standards and safety, and quality improvement.
Graham has extensive experience in both clinical medicine and leadership across multidisciplinary environments including in hospital, commercial and community settings. He was previously Chief Medical Officer for First Assistance, an international medical assistance company providing telemedicine, logistic and aeromedical support to the Australasian travel market. He has also been a Senior Medical Officer with the Australian Antarctic program including multiple tours to Antarctica as an expedition doctor and a winter-over expedition in 2006.
In addition to his role at Tend, Graham leads expedition medicine courses for the University of Tasmania, is Course Director of the University of Otago postgraduate Aeromedical Retrieval program, and is a member of the New Zealand Medical Assistance Team.
