Online Now - see our next available medical professional
We understand that healthcare problems can arise unexpectedly. Whether you need urgent advice to bridge the gap until you can see your regular GP, or require immediate care for a medical condition, we're here for you.
Our Online Now service is suitable for: urgent prescriptions, off work medical certificates/sick notes, cold and flu symptoms, burning or stinging when passing urine (UTI), skin irritations and rashes, swollen/red/itchy eyes, constipation and diarrhoea, vomiting, acid reflux, stomach ache, sprains and strains.
Open 7 days a week until 9pm
Available nationwide
NOTE: The issuing of medical certificates and prescriptions is at the doctor’s discretion. This service is not intended to replace your regular family doctor and is not suitable for WINZ certificates or urgent emergency situations.
The prescribing of controlled medications such as strong pain killers, sedatives and stimulants require close monitoring by your regular GP. As a result these cannot normally be prescribed online.

Urgent medication
If you are running low on regular medication and have not been able to get a repeat from your regular GP, an urgent prescription for a short dose can be issued to see you through.
Short term medication
During your consultation the clinician may decide you need a short course of medication to help with your condition. This can be issued.
Long term medication
If you require ongoing medication for a long-term condition, we encourage you to see your regular doctor to issue your medication so they can monitor your health over time. If you are enrolled with Tend then we will have your health history on file and our team will be able to help.
Controlled medications
The prescribing of controlled medications such as strong pain killers, sedatives and stimulants require close monitoring by your regular GP. As a result these cannot normally be prescribed to patients by clinicians online.
