Passionate about building high-impact technology, Josh has significant experience leading data science, engineering and design teams to deliver innovative products and features that drive business growth and value.
He was recently recognised in the top 10 of New Zealand's CIO50 list and led the Tend team to win Most Innovative High Tech Service at the NZ Hi-Tech Awards 2023.
Before Tend, Josh was Technology Director at AIA Worldwide and led the engineering at PushPay. Josh led the growth of Pushpay’s product design and development, growing processing revenue 177x to USD$4.8b and operating revenue 378x to USD$110m. Josh has also led teams building product for businesses in a diverse range of sectors, including eLearning, advertising, human resources and mobile commerce.
