Head of Growth
Sam leads Tend's growth initiatives as Head of Growth. Prior to this role, she led Tend's integration team, overseeing the seamless incorporation of newly acquired clinics into the Tend network. She also previously led Tend's customer experience team.
Sam has worked in customer experience and public relations for over 10 years, managing the brand and talent of international publishing houses and record labels. She was the manager of My Food Bag's award-winning Customer Love team from its inception until 2015 and is passionate about elevating any interactions that customers have with healthcare in NZ.
Sam is an avid cook and loves spending time with her family, especially her four, small, nephews.
