Sam is Tend’s Chief Experience Officer, guiding the end-to-end experience across every clinic and digital service.

She leads new-product development, nationwide integrations, growth initiatives - including government-funded programmes - and continuous service improvement alongside clinical, operations and technology teams.

Sam brings more than a decade of customer-experience and public-relations expertise, from managing global publishing and music brands to heading My Food Bag’s award-winning Customer Love team.

Outside work, Sam is an avid cook, an enthusiastic Airbnb redecorator and a devoted aunt who loves spending time with her four young nephews. Her passion lies in reshaping New Zealand’s health system so that every patient interaction feels simple, supportive and human.
