Sam is responsible for ensuring that Tend customers have the best healthcare experience we can provide.

Sam has worked in Customer Experience and Public Relations for over 10 years, managing the brand and talent of international publishing houses and record labels. She was the manager of My Food Bag's award-winning Customer Love team from its inception until 2015 and is passionate about elevating any interactions that customers have with healthcare in NZ.

Sam is an avid cook and loves spending time with her family, especially her three, small, nephews.
