Tyler leads Tend's operations and is accountable for the performance of our clinics, leads our Customer Experience team and oversees the integration of new clinics into the Tend network.
Raised in the USA, Tyler immigrated to Aotearoa in 2013 to complete a PhD in Ecology and has since been an entrepreneur in health and social services, a senior leader at Canterbury District Health Board, and Head of Customer Services and operational improvement teams at Sky NZ.
Tyler is super excited to be back in health supporting innovation in such an important sector.
