Brielle is a Health Improvement Practitioner at Tend Kingsland, specialising in mental health support for individuals and families. As a pluralistic therapist, she integrates various therapeutic approaches while maintaining a strong foundation in person-centred therapy. Her expertise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) enables her to guide patients in understanding the connection between their emotions and behaviours, helping them develop lifelong self-help strategies.

With a passion for mental health advocacy, Brielle creates a supportive and empowering environment where patients can work towards their wellness goals. She believes that everyone deserves access to quality mental health support and takes pride in helping patients navigate challenging periods in their lives.

Outside of her clinical work, Brielle enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and tending to her garden.

I have a special interest in using cognitive behavioural therapy otherwise known as CBT. Supporting and guiding patients to understanding the behaviours behind their emotions and understanding what their next steps can be in overcoming and conquering these challenging and overwhelming times for them.
