Charmaine is a highly experienced nurse with many years of nursing experience in various disciplines. She trained in South Africa and her main focus was on acute care nursing. However, she transitioned to becoming a full-time practice nurse when she joined Tend.
Charmaine has a special interest in Travel Medicine. She believes that there is a great need for travel clinicians, especially in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic.
As a clinician, Charmaine finds great satisfaction in doing her best for every patient to ensure better health outcomes. Outside of work, Charmaine enjoys outdoor activities. She is a keen cyclist, and she values her family-oriented lifestyle.
