Claudia Huitema
Claudia Huitema is a registered nurse who graduated from Massey University Auckland in 2017. Since then, she has been an integral part of the primary healthcare sector, serving as a practice nurse. Claudia began her career in Auckland and moved to Tauranga in 2023, where she worked across Tend’s Tauranga clinics. In 2025, she returned to Auckland to join the team at Tend Pakuranga.
Her special interests lie in children and family health as well as vaccinations. She finds fulfillment in the holistic approach that primary healthcare offers, appreciating the diverse range of medical conditions and situations she encounters.
In her spare time, Claudia prioritises spending quality moments with her partner, friends, and family. Whether it's relaxing at the beach or going for walks, she values the rejuvenation that nature and loved ones bring.
