Dr. Lisset Gutierrez Lujardo

Dr Lisset completed her medical education at Havana Medical School in 1994 where she met her husband Dr Ernesto. Following her graduation, she spent over three years working in various general practices around her hometown. In pursuit of new horizons, she then relocated to South Africa with her husband.

The year 2001 marked a fresh chapter for Lisset as she moved to Spain, where she became registered with the Spanish Medical Council. She worked 15 years at the same practice before embarking on another new adventure and settle down in New Zealand.

Lisset has a keen interest in children's health, women's health and sexual health. Her clinical skills are wide-ranging and include skin lesion excision and biopsy, IUD insertion and removal, subcutaneous implant fitting and removal, menopause management, female incontinence, pessary insertion, and pipelle biopsy.

In her spare time she enjoys music, paddle surfing and spending time with her family and friends.
