Georgia is a health coach with a background in psychology and human nutrition from the University of Otago, along with a Master of Applied Science in Advanced Nutrition Practice.

As an Associate Registered Clinical Nutritionist, Georgia is passionate about promoting well-being through nutrition and mental health.

She is committed to supporting individuals and families in making sustainable lifestyle changes, helping them reach their health goals in a way that is both practical and lasting.

Georgia creates a non-judgmental and safe space where clients can receive the support they need for as long as they need it.
