Jannine is a qualified Health Improvement Practitioner, Registered Nurse, Counsellor, and Supervisor.

With a solid educational foundation including a bachelor’s degree in nursing, a postgraduate certificate in health science (endorsed in addiction and co-existing disorders), a postgraduate diploma in health science (endorsed in mental health), a postgraduate paper in research methods and a certificate of proficiency in professional supervision, she is well-equipped to navigate complex healthcare scenarios.

She is affiliated with esteemed organisations such as the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (MNZAC), New Zealand Nurses Organisation (NZNO), and Drug and Alcohol Practitioners Association of Aotearoa New Zealand (DAPAANZ). With over 29 years experience, Jannine brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, particularly in the realms of mental health and addiction treatment.

A proud New Zealand native, she finds balance outside of her professional endeavors by embracing the outdoor lifestyle, cherishing moments with her family, and exploring new destinations through travel.

Currently, she dedicates her time to Tend Greerton as a Health Improvement Practitioner, serving Monday through Wednesday, while devoting the remainder of her week to private practice. In her private practice role, she engages in various activities including counselling, group facilitation, supervision, and educational initiatives.
