Lin Jiang

Lin has been a registered nurse for over a decade, with a strong focus on primary care. She’s highly dedicated to her career, which led her to pursue a postgraduate diploma to become a nurse prescriber.

One of Lin’s primary interests lies in caring for elderly patients who face complex long-term conditions. She treasures the unique connections she’s able to create with each elderly patient, authentically building rapport and trust. This strong bond encourages patients to openly discuss their worries and concerns, allowing Lin to offer support tailored specifically to their needs. Especially for elderly patients who may have limited support, Lin’s genuine care and dedication make a lasting, positive impact on their lives.

When not at work, Lin loves spending quality time with her two energetic boys, enjoying outdoor adventures in the park and exploring new ways to keep them entertained.
