Victoria works across multiple Tend clinics in Christchurch. She is a practice nurse at both Tend Beckford and Tend Waltham and also supports patients as a Care Coordinator at Tend Linwood.

Victoria’s career began in support roles, where she gained nine years of caregiving experience and worked as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) for 4 years before becoming a registered nurse. Before moving to Christchurch, Victoria spent a year working across the Tend Tauranga clinics.

As a Care Coordinator, Victoria helps patients navigate the health system and get the right care at the right time. She works closely with patients and their healthcare teams to make sure everyone is on the same page, appointments are arranged, and support is in place - especially for those with complex or ongoing health needs.

Victoria finds great fulfilment in building meaningful relationships with her patients. She values being someone patients can trust and turn to, especially during vulnerable moments. Her goal is to make people feel supported, heard and empowered at every stage of their health journey.

I enjoy interacting with patients, establishing a connection and supporting an environment that makes the patient feel comfortable and culturally safe. Supporting a patient in whatever they need.
