Victoria Archer is a dedicated nurse with a passion for patient care and wellbeing. Prior to becoming a registered nurse, Victoria gained valuable experience as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) for 4 years as well as 9 years of caregiving experience. This background has provided her with a diverse set of skills and a deep understanding of patient needs.

Victoria has a keen interest in various areas of nursing, including health promotion, forensic nursing, surgical nursing, wound care, older adults, chronic conditions, and palliative care. She believes in advocating for individuals and their wellbeing, striving to create a supportive and culturally safe environment for patients.

As a clinician, Victoria finds great fulfillment in establishing rapport with her patients and supporting them during vulnerable times. She takes pride in building connections and ensuring that patients feel comfortable and empowered throughout their healthcare journey.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending her spare time exercising through activities such as walking, biking, and running.

I enjoy interacting with patients, establishing a connection and supporting an environment that makes the patient feel comfortable and culturally safe. Supporting a patient in whatever they need.
