Check the live wait time on the Tend app or our website homepage. You’ll need the Tend app to access this service.

How to book an Online Now appointment

1. Click “See a clinician Online Now” on the homepage.
2. Select the patient needing care. Each patient must have their own separate Tend account. You can’t book on behalf of someone else. 
3. Review what can and can’t be addressed in an online appointment.
4. Select your health concern.
5. Describe your symptoms, adding a photo or video if needed.
6. Confirm and pay for your appointment.
