Why does my app keep freezing or crashing?

There’s an ongoing issue with Samsung’s Android keyboard which is causing the Tend app to slow or crash when typing in text fields.

While we wait for a fix from Samsung, we’re looking into other ways to workaround this issue.

One solution is to install Google Keyboard as an alternative to the problematic Samsung keyboard.
