What to do if your doctor doesn't call you at your appointment time

Sometimes, in order to ensure that our doctors give you their full attention during your consult, it means they run a little late for the next person. The app will notify you if your doctor is running late.

If you're concerned that you haven't been seen or called for your appointment, please send our Customer Experience Team a message in the app or call your local clinic. They will be able to give you more information about your upcoming appointment or help you reschedule if need be.
