Tend Online offers same-day care from qualified New Zealand doctors and nurses, making healthcare accessible whenever you need it. Available 7 days a week until 9 pm, our service is perfect for one-off conditions that can be managed online. Simply book via the Tend app, and a doctor will video-call you as soon as they’re available. Experience convenient, quality care from the comfort of your home.

While Tend will not shut down completely during the Christmas and New Year holidays we will be closed for some days to allow our team to take a well-deserved break.

- Thurs 26 Dec - Boxing Day
- Weds 1 Jan - New Year’s Day
- Thurs 2 Jan - Day after New Year’s Day

The quickest way to book an appointment is via the Tend app. However you are still welcome to call or email us.
From the app you can book appointments with a GP and also book a medical service for example a vaccination, annual health check or mole check. You can book an appointment 24/7 - even at 2am!
You are welcome to call the clinic to make an appointment or alternatively email us. These two booking channels are only available during clinic opening hours. Alternatively fill in our online request and someone will be in touch.
